PRIVACY POLICY

Protecting your personal information is of paramount importance to 
Deburex Aviation Inc. ("Deburex", "we" and "us"). To this end, we have put in place this Privacy Policy to ensure the protection of your personal information, to inform you of how it is collected and used in the course of our business, and to communicate your rights in relation to the protection of your personal information. 
You can also be assured that our personal information protection practices comply with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, CQLR c P-39.1 (the "Act").

By providing us with your personal information, you agree to the processing and use of your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Policy and you authorize Deburex, its affiliates, if any, and its service providers and partners to process and use it as provided herein.

1-WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Personal information is information about and from which that person can be identified and any information about an identifiable individual. This includes any information relating to the physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of a person that, taken alone or together, can be used to identify an individual.

2-WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
In the course of our business and business, we collect personal information necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was provided to us, including the following information:
As part of our recruitment, when you apply for a position with us, we obtain information about your identity (such as your first and last name, date of birth), your contact information (address, email address, telephone number) as well as your work experience (any information contained in a resume submitted to us, information about your education, work experience, previous employers, references, professional or social involvement, etc.).
As part of our hiring of staff, we obtain additional information about successful applicants from the applicant as well as through criminal record check agencies, all with the consent of the successful candidate and in order to obtain the security clearance required by Deburex's various programs and certifications, including but not limited to the Government of Canada's Controlled Goods Program (the "CCP"). As part of the management of our human resources, we also collect from our employees any other required information (bank details, social insurance number, insurance information, etc.)
When you consent, we obtain information about your use of our website or social media accounts, your interaction with our online advertising, and information collected from your browsing history or through cookies;
In the course of performing our services, we may also obtain information about your organization, including information about the directors, directors or employees of our clients or other business partners.
If you are under the age of 14, please obtain permission from your guardian or guardian before providing us with any personal information. If you have parental or guardian authority for someone under the age of 14 and you become aware that the person has provided us with personal information without your permission, please contact us and we will take steps to delete or anonymize that information in accordance with applicable laws.

In the case of job applicants, we may also collect personal information about that individual from third parties, with the consent of the individual concerned, all in order to meet CCP requirements. Consent may be obtained implicitly in certain situations, for example, when you voluntarily provide your personal information as part of our voluntary operations, recruitment and hiring process.In all cases, we only collect personal information if there is a valid reason to do so. In addition, collection will only be limited to the necessary information that we need to fulfill the intended purpose. 4-WHAT WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR?
We use your personal information to fulfill the specific purposes for which it was provided to us as well as for any other purpose permitted by law. In particular, we use personal information for the following purposes:
As part of our recruitment, evaluate your application, check your references, your professional and criminal history, all in accordance with the Act;
As part of our recruitment, when your application is successful and with your consent, obtain your security clearance so that you can be authorized by the CCP;
Manage our human resources;To comply with our legal, regulatory and risk management obligations, to prevent fraud as well as to meet the requirements imposed by the PMC and any other certification or program that Deburex may obtain or enroll in;
To meet our regulatory requirements, including the requirements of the CGP and the Controlled Goods Regulations (SOR/2001-32);
For safety and prevention purposes; In order to improve our website, facilitate its use, ensure its relevance and the relevance of its content;
To carry out analyses that allow us to better understand our customers and their needs and to develop our services and offers;For any other purpose permitted by law.

5-WITH WHOM YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS SHARED
Your personal information may be shared with our service providers if they need to have access to it as part of their service delivery. In particular, with respect to any personal information about our employees or job applicants, we share it with our criminal record check agency as well as with the CCP.We ensure that these suppliers and organizations have adequate practices in place to protect your personal information in accordance with the Act and we enter into contractual agreements with them that provide for the protection of your personal information and their obligation to handle, use and retain it in accordance with the Act. We limit the personal information they can access to only that which they may need to carry out their mandate or provide their services.Your personal information may also be shared with government authorities and law enforcement agencies when required by applicable law.Your personal information may also be shared with a purchaser, successor or assignee in connection with a business transaction such as a sale of a business, sale of assets, financing, grant of securities, corporate merger or reorganization, all in accordance with the Act.

6-HOW LONG YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS RETAINED
Your personal information is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this policy and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

7-WHERE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS STOREDYour personal information in electronic format is stored on servers in Canada. Your personal information in paper format is stored at our offices. They are subject to security measures as further detailed below.

8-HOW YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS PROTECTED
Your personal information is protected by physical, administrative, organizational, contractual and IT measures in accordance with current security, cybersecurity and privacy best practices. Although we take all necessary measures to protect your personal information, these are not foolproof and we cannot guarantee the 100% security of your information, so it is transmitted at your own risk. In addition, information may be accessed, used or destroyed as a result of breaches of our security measures. In the event of a security incident involving your personal data, we are committed to notifying you of such an incident and taking all reasonable steps to reduce the risk of harm being caused and to prevent future incidents of the same nature from occurring, all in accordance with the Act.

9-WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
In accordance with the Act, you have the following rights:Request Access: You may ask us if we hold any personal information about you and, if so, request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, subject to the exceptions and prohibitions set out in the Act. 
Request for rectification: In the event that any personal information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that it be rectified.
Request to de-index or cease distribution: When the conditions set out in the Act are met, you may ask us to stop disseminating any of your personal information or to de-index any hyperlink attached to your name that allows access to any of your personal information by technological means.
Withdrawal of Consent: You may, at any time, withdraw your consent to the disclosure or use of your personal information. In such a case, however, we may not be able to fulfill the purpose for which the information was provided.
Complaint: In the event of an alleged non-compliance with the principles set out in the Act, you may file a complaint with our Privacy Officer. Our organization will then investigate and if the complaint is found to be well-founded, we will take appropriate action, including amending our policies and practices as necessary. It is also possible to file a complaint with the supervisory authority for the protection of personal information in Quebec, the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at the federal level.

As part of your browsing on our website, it is possible, with your consent and in accordance with the law, that cookies or other similar technologies may be installed on your browser to obtain information about your browsing history, searches and preferences in order to offer you targeted advertising.
